Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Associate to join the Colleague Service Team at Pfizer Digital.

The role will focus on Content Management, which is crucial for ensuring that our end users can easily search and find guidance on utilizing their Digital Environment as well as ensuring the service desk and kiosk have the technical information to resolve issues when clients utilise these services.

By reducing calls to the Service Desk and Kiosks, this role plays a key part in our strategy. The Colleague Service Team promotes continuous improvement and explores automation and Gen AI solutions.

The Senior Associate will work closely with the Digital On Demand Architecture Team to learn about the technology and contribute to roadmaps. The role will work across Pfizer Digital with key stakeholder to ensure content is regularly review, accurate and relevant to ensure clients have relevant data at their fingertips.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to periodically review and update Pfizer's content including:

    • Self Service Digital On Demand Articles
    • Service Desk Technical Articles
    • Site Service and Kiosk Technical Articles
  • Utilize your client-focused approach and project management skills to coordinate new projects and implement accurate end user information.
  • Lead a team of contracted resources responsible for creating, reviewing, and uploading Pfizer Digital content into our Digital On Demand Portal. Ensure that the articles are clear, easy to follow, and comply with Pfizer's Content standards.
  • Liaise with DOD technical leads regarding projects, service changes, outages, and upgrades.
  • Define and enforce content standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize content.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Work Location Assignment: Flexible
