Overview
This position is expected to work Wednesday - Saturday 10am-6pm (Saturday start time 6am) REQUIRED once a period Sundays for period Close and may need to adjust from time to time due to prevailing business needs. This position is required to fill vacation gaps.
The Transport Coordinator/Inventory Control Coordinator contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile full goods and supply inventory for the warehouse
- Analyze daily, weekly, and period end inventory counts and generate period end reports utilizing NIS/ICS systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot weekly inventory variances as required
- Enter bills of lading, purchases and transfers through APS and NIS system
- Effective communication with vendors and frontline employees directing the workforce.
- Weekly balancing of transfers in/out of other facilities including shipping/receiving materials
- Requires working directly with production frontline supervisors and the transport supervisor
- Participating in period close process consistent with GCS control standards
- Forecast day supply and replenish product to meet daily inventory activity needs to include promotions, LTO, innovations and conversions
- Generate and communicate daily out of stock to operations and sales teams utilizing Voice Pick
- Able to fulfill control and compliance standards
- This is a developmental role which will require frontline leadership, including managing a shift of 20-30 frontline employees

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Intermediate experience, advanced experience preferred using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong Interpersonal skills, with significant attention to detail
- Reliability and dependability are a must.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
- Ability to Multi-Task and take on role-related added responsibilities
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- HS Diploma required, Bachelor's a plus
- One year warehouse experience, preferred
- Previous experience in an Inventory Control function/computerized environment preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products; specifically, Excel
- Ability to work weekends as required to complete period end inventory reports
- Assist in covering supervisory outages
- Other duties as assigned
