Responsibilities
This position is responsible for overseeing Concentrate/Raw Ingredient inventory and associated transactions. Responsibilities include accurate inventory management, including, but not limited to, purchasing, planning, inventory transfers, reconciliation, and physical inventory counting. This person acts as the main point of contact and interfaces with the plant team, suppliers, other PepsiCo sites, & PepsiCo Global Procurement.
The ideal candidate can provide solutions, adapt to critical and ongoing business needs, collaborate with peers and external contacts, and use effective communication to get the job done.
- Integral part of the Blind Receiving, Storage and Kiting of Concentrate as it is received.
- Integral part of the timely placement of purchase orders to suppliers
- Report out Concentrate Availability for the weekly Schedule planning
- Performs weekly physical counts of Concentrate & Raw Ingredients, utilizes FIFO process to rotate components ensuring components are used prior to expiration
- Daily inventory reconciliation of all Concentrate & Raw Ingredients with yield performance
- Utilizes PepsiCo software (e.g., NIS, MRP, APS, SAP) to perform job duties
- Drive solution through process improvement and cross-functional support
- Follows and improves supply chain-related processes and procedures
- Cross-trained to act as back-up for other positions as vacation relief
- Participate in other tasks and special projects as needed and assigned

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $49,500 - $79,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.
- Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.
- Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.
- Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.
- Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay.
- Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with years' experience
- Desired experience of 1 year accounting
- Flexibility and willingness to fulfil assigned activities, according to the needs of an ever-changing business environment
- Able to work an extended schedule, minimum expectation is 1 weekend worked every 4 weeks
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft and outlook
- Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Must have good interpersonal skills to interact/contribute to the team
- Must have a team/collaboration-based approach to decision making
- Must have a "Can Do" attitude and a willingness to assist others in completing activities as needed
- Able to embrace change, shift priorities as needed, and work through ambiguity
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans and deal with issues proactively
- Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written, working with others in a professional manner
- Must be highly organized and able to manage several tasks simultaneously
