The GTM Sales Asst. Analyst owns the analytical and executional activities required to gain a competitive advantage and to improve cost and productivity. Analyst supports all DSD PBNA US and Canada locations and actively partners with Routing Teams, Field Sales and GTM Directors to deliver operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Use analytical thinking skills through qualitative and quantitative analysis; to demonstrating a strong drive to fix problems and design solutions.
  • Support various components and activities around KPIs including service enablers (route maintenance, customer mins, frequency changes), software design/testing/deployment, and issue management.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to coach, develop, and influence various teams.
  • Organize and facilitate work team meetings to drive cross functional collaboration. Perform at fast pace, with self-motivation and strong initiative.
  • Understands customer's business and balances customer needs with "cost to serve" standards
  • Drive and foster collaboration with sales teams on GTM changes and objectives
  • Meets customer service needs and marketplace execution by achieving our service level goals
  • Leverages understanding of key business drivers to get results
  • Understands the interdependencies across functions and builds partnerships in order to reach win/win solutions

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills
  • Proven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing large multi-level teams
  • Bachelor's Degree or Minimum of 2 yrs. Operations/GTM or Business management, CPG industry preferred
  • Prior experience navigating/using PepsiCo web-based databases, specifically Tableau, Power BI and SAP
  • Able to synthesize information in an easy-to-understand and actionable format
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States - HQ Locations preferred, not required.
