What's Your Role?
PepsiCo is seeking a Sales Analyst to support the Dollar General business. The position reports to the Sr Sales Director of Dollar General. This position is located in Nashville, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Liaison for all customer service inquiries (service and equipment).
- Manage master store list (>20,000 stores).
- Provide weekly Ad tracking.
- Maintain new and remodel store planning, setup, and PBNA and Bottler field communications.
- Manage weekly field execution priorities and scorecarding communications.
- Sales tracker creation and implementation for Ads and innovation
- Support custom 1010 reporting for field teams and quick turnaround.
- Monthly playbook deck management with creation and calls
- Wire directly with DG field operations teams to drive execution.
- Communicate with DG & Store Planning teams to identify execution gaps for contractual elements.
- Setup all digital coupons for key Ad weeks and special events with 3rd party provider, maintain reporting and tracking log
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $100,500 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Previous PBNA DSD field experience (sales operations or retail) preferred.
- Ability to drive a sales and execution agenda across several key stakeholders in a matrixed and cross-functional environment to include sales, category, shopper, PBNA market/location, and franchise bottling teams.
- A minimum of 3 years of data analytic sales experience

- Above average analytic skills to build compelling profit wins for customer & internal stakeholders.
- Strong ability to synthesize data & link to strategies and objectives to develop a plan.
- Superior time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan.
- Strong ability to work within and be successful in a highly matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems by leveraging multiple function support.
- Superior presentation skills, both in development of compelling stories and in presenting them at all levels within customer (including Region presidents) and internal organization
- Microsoft Suite: PowerPoint and excel expertise in analyzing and presenting large sets of data.
