Overview
The maintenance planner is accountable for reducing equipment downtime, loss prevention, and related site costs by driving the plant to a planned proactive state through the use of validated procedures. These procedures rely on the planner to apply skilled competencies beyond the level of a technician in order to properly plan and coordinate manpower, parts and materials for their assigned areas of responsibility. The maintenance planner acts as a liaison between maintenance and operation, developing and maintaining appropriate job plans, records, and files to allow the execution and analysis of all planned work completed.
Responsibilities
- Detailed job planning in collaboration with operation
- Analysis of work order requirement
- Management of inventory and storeroom
- Maintain accurate cycle count and parts availability
- Maintain the plant's SAP/EAM database
- Management of PM's, work orders, and emergency repairs documents
- Coordinate work expectations with vendors and contractors

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications
- Experience as an engineering and/or maintenance technician or equivalent experience
- Strong technical knowledge and project management
- Strong knowledge of SAP/EAM/CMMS operation and principles
- Good oral/written communication skills including presentation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Ability to coordinate with purchasing and storeroom to align on parts needed
