Equipment Move and Service Supervisor

Overview
Provide functional leadership and support to FrontlineTeams, with the goal of Achieving Service Excellence by improving the Pepsi Equipment Services (PES) Scorecard measures of Customer Service, Productivity, Process, and Cost.
Responsibilities
- Execution of Headquarter/Region/ Location objectives for equipment prep, move, and repair processes.
- Support Market /National Sales Initiatives such as Special Projects, Service Advantage Program and Continuous Dispatch.
- Follow parts inventory, replenishment and equipment sourcing processes.
- Execute required Health, Safety and Environmental Training Program.
- Support Pepsi Equipment Services with Various Regional Projects.
- Support and Execute training initiatives for Frontline employees development.
- Participate in regular meetings with Channel Managers and Directors.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,700 - $118,400.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.
- Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.
- Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.
- Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.
- Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay.
- Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
- Electrical and/or Refrigeration license is an asset.
- 2-3 years of Operations experience required.
- Ability to demonstrate mechanical, electrical and refrigeration aptitude.
- Supervisory experience in operations, preferred.
- Experience in a related industry, including consumer packaged goods, or vending, is a strong asset.
- Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative.
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to accommodate frequent travel requirements.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite.
- Analytical and organization skills.
