Overview
The PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA) Growth Office focuses on driving PepsiCo's Always, Everywhere vision across functions. This organization is responsible for setting and accelerating the PFNA growth agenda across the business.
This role will be part of the PFNA Growth Office Digital Transformation organization which delivers industry leading business processes and technology solutions to over 35,000 PepsiCo Foods North America employees. The solutions will deliver transformative capabilities to mobile users for the purpose of improving growth, productivity, and user engagement.
More specifically, this role is responsible for leading Product Management of our In-Store Execution Priorities application (XPC). This application ensures that sales initiatives are effectively entered, prioritized, and communicated to Frontline Sales teams. Insights from this application also enable post-event analysis and influence long-term planning.
The Digital Transformation Product Manager is responsible for representing Customer Team and Frontline Sales business needs, prioritizing, and advocating those needs to technology teams accountable for software development. The Product Manager will set objectives, establish application design, prioritize development agenda, align respective stakeholders, and manage the Product Lifecycle through deployment. The role will also collaborate with Sales, Change Management, Training, Field Deployment and Operations Key Stakeholders to ensure that financial and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the following:
- Defining the vision for the product and maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the process
- Creating a product road map based on this vision
- Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development
- Collaborating with users and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements
- Ensure integration of capabilities across PFNA suite of applications
- Planning, Governance, and Alignment with Sr. PFNA and IT Leadership
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Implementation, deployment and change for the internal Customer teams and 30k+ Frontline Sales users in US and Canada
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or related Product Management Certification
- 5+ Years experience in Project/Product Management with Sales, Customer Account Management, Business Process Projects and/or Consulting Experience
- 3+ Years Agile Product Management experience
- 3+ years of experience within the Digital Transformation space
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Influential leader with ability to achieve results through collaboration, ability to gain alignment at all levels of the Organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple tasks, organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating across multiple teams
- Willing to take risks, challenge the status quo and work under ambiguous circumstances
- 3+ years of People Leadership experience
Preferred
- MBA
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience in Change Management methodologies
- Experience within a CPG organization with proven business and people results
- Experience Design degree, certification, or experience
