Overview
We're looking for a motivated and creative Communications expert to support the rollout of global internal communications and content that help employees stay informed and engaged across PepsiCo. In this role, you'll work closely with experienced communicators and cross-functional teams to bring our company stories to life, support content creation for dissemination across our internal channels and help manage our editorial calendar and process. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow on a fast-moving, high-impact team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing clear and compelling content that help tell the company's story across multiple company priorities- for example, our pep+ initiatives-in a way that resonates with and engages employees worldwide.
- Support the creation of internal communications content, such as articles, newsletters, emails, intranet updates, social posts, and digital signage, and ensure content is on the right channels at the right moments.
- Help coordinate editorial planning and content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of communications.
- Work with senior team members to gather content information and assets, and write stories that highlight key business initiatives and cultural moments.
- Contribute to campaign planning and support day-to-day execution of global internal communications projects.
- Monitor internal channels to ensure content is up to date, engaging, and aligned with our overall storytelling strategy.
- Assist in collecting and organizing metrics and feedback to help evaluate the success of communications and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with global and regional communications teams to help ensure consistent storytelling across platforms and across subjects and topics.
- Help develop ambassador/influencer program toolkits and engagement materials.
- Stay informed about internal communications best practices and bring creative ideas to the table.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field (internships or co-ops count!)
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A creative thinker with attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, email platforms, content management systems) is a plus
- Passionate about employee engagement and storytelling
