Overview
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing Payroll and DOT support for North Florida locations.
Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
- Payroll Kronos administrator for both hourly and base/commission employees, which involves:
- Validating and maintaining accurate employee set-up in payroll systems
- Collecting documentation to input data into a timekeeping system (Kronos)
- Auditing payroll information for accuracy
- Manage Job Hurts and Produce DAR's
- Lead Safety Presentations
- Manage DOT/safety documentation and tracker for the sales team.
- Assist with Location Onboarding processes
- Complete special projects as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and employee information

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
Basic Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience Admin
- Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
- Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency
- Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills; discretion with sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
