As part of the Global Instructor Strategy team, the Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our on-air fitness talent and ensuring their experience is streamlined, productive, and aligned with Peloton’s brand and Mission.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • The main day-to-day point person for the UK instructor team at PSL, supporting administrative needs related to classes, speciality programming, workshops, and instructor summits
  • You will be the guardian of the Instructor Brand Book and all instructor brand documentation
  • Coordinate the Annual Instructor Summits and reconnects at PSL
  • Manage and book instructor travel and itineraries for studio exchanges any programming, or instructor summits
  • Own the relationship with the Product team - ensuring all updates are communicated early, promptly and coordinating any training required around new launches
  • Manage the Meta business suite account for an instructor POV, troubleshooting and liaising with our contacts at Meta where required
  • Track and deliver quarterly social impact reports
  • Schedule meetings and briefings with all instructors and key stakeholders, including production teams, cross-functional partners, and external contacts where required
  • Assist with IT equipment, software updates, and navigating company systems and benefits
  • Manage VIP and celebrity guest visits at Peloton Studios London when required
  • Represent Instructor Strategy in department-wide projects, production workflows, and studio initiatives
  • Support instructor onboarding, relocation, and visa logistics as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally working with on-air talent in entertainment or fitness
  • Confidence, strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and travel as needed
  • High-level proficiency in Google Suite — especially Sheets and Slides
  • Social media skills, including behind-the-scenes content capture. Editing skills are a plus
  • Discretion and professionalism in working with high-profile talent
  • A passion for working with talent and an understanding of the unique pressures that an ‘on camera’ role brings
  • German or Spanish language skills are not required, but highly favourable
