ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton’s Content Department delivers world-class live and on-demand classes year-round. As we continue to expand and deepen our connection with the German-speaking community, we’re looking for a hands-on, creative Social Content Producer/Editor to help with social strategy and daily execution in order to shape how our DE (German) instructors and brand show up on social media. Video editing, brand and influencer storytelling and understanding of social audiences and trends is a must.
Fluency in English and German is essential
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Own end-to-end production of short-form social content for Peloton’s social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Work directly with instructors to develop and execute social-first content that elevates their personal brand and connects with our community
- Using data and research to identify trends across relevant social platforms to pitch concepts and inform video creation strategy
- Write smart, platform-native copy that reflects Peloton’s tone of voice and resonates with our DE audience
- Develop creative briefs and scripts that clearly communicate the vision and purpose behind each piece of content
- Edit video content quickly and effectively, tailoring for different platforms and audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, instructor teams and global social counterparts to align messaging and creative direction
- Support tentpole campaigns, such as instructor milestones and key product initiatives
- Responsible for posting to DE FB page, writing captions to support creative
- Creating design assets for Instagram/FB in post and story formats

YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Experience of hands-on social content creation, ideally in a fast-paced brand or creator-focused environment
- Proven ability to edit short-form video content
- Deep familiarity with platforms, trends, and audience behaviour
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the elements that make social content perform
- Proficiency in editing tools (such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, etc.) and ability to edit quickly to capitalise on the timeliness of a social moment
- Writing skills, especially in crafting concise, clever, and culturally aware captions
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- A natural collaborator with a proactive mindset and passion for fitness and wellness
- Fluency in English and German is essential
