What to Expect:

  • Analyse procurement spend data and metrics to identify trends and produce meaningful interpretations/presentations for cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process optimization.
  • Identify opportunities within Tail Spend to eliminate and block rogue vendors, propose supplier consolidation opportunities, and route small-spend suppliers into tactical and strategic sourcing projects.
  • Coordinate supplier requests for quotations focused on reducing tail spend in which multiple suppliers provide related items or services.
  • Provide procurement and analytical support to the Procurement team.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with all client policies and procedures including legal and regulatory.
  • Support stakeholder relationships in conjunction with Category Leads; engaging them to define and document business requirements including spend and specifications to build.
  • Ensure compliance to Paysafe Financial, Infosec, Privacy, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Confidentiality and Risk management policies through Source to Pay (S2P) and Procure to Pay (P2P), and communication of these policies to suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Assist requestors with the procurement process by enhancing end-to-end process knowledge.
  • Manage the timely delivery of the procurement and sourcing initiatives and report accordingly.
  • Research and keep abreast with new trends and industry information relevant to business needs.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

To be successful you need to have:

  • (2+ years) Procurement /Sourcing experience
  • Proficient in Excel/financial analysis and planning
  • Ability to turn complex data into meaningful reports and action plan.
  • Ability to independently plan and execute Sourcing activities (in line with business needs)
  • Exposure to strategic & tactical sourcing, procurement, contract administration, and/or project management processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to diplomatically challenge stakeholders and ensure alignment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written: articulate, concise and accurate
  • Analytically strong: comfortable manipulating large volumes of data
  • Willingness to challenge current practice: seek alternative options and challenge convention
  • Self-starter, makes sound business decisions and finds hidden opportunities, motivated and disciplined
