What to expect:
- Equipment/Software purchase:
- - Market research.
- Keeping of business records.
- Company partners communication.
- Follow company process and policies. - Inventory. Keep records for:
- - IT equipment.
- Software inventory.
- Licensing. - Installation/Commissioning of new IT equipment:
- - Ensure transport and logistics.
- Keep track of supporting documentation.
- Installation and commissioning. - Keep constant track for ITI budget spenditure.
- Working with asset management and ITSM systems
- Govern and support the process of SAM to maintain completeness, correctness and compliance of software assets and licenses
- Reviews financial reports to find ways to reduce costs
- Ensuring financial records are up-to-date and accurate
- Reporting on KPIs
- Support audits as required
- Contributes to Asset management and ITSM teams efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Your Profile:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
- Educational requirements for the position: relevant high education or in a process of graduation.
- Relevant experience
- Foreign language: English or/and additional
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Analytical thinking skills
- Be flexible and open to change
- Strong time-management skills
- Personal virtues: politeness, loyalty, ability to work in a team, ability to work with customers - internal and external.
