Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist executes our recruitment strategy and ensures recruiting performance expectations are met. They play an integral role in ensuring consistent recruiting and hiring processes are followed, so that we provide an equitable and positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Partnering with the diverse departments across the organisation, they manage the full life cycle recruitment - from intakes to offers - and provide a world class experience to our candidates.

This position will be based in Manila, Philippines, and will be responsible for executing on vacancies in the South East Asia region (Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, & Philippines).

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
  • Recruit qualified candidates for sales, technical and corporate roles.
    • Source and recruit qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, evaluate qualifications and experience.
    • Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers and extend offers to selected candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, support in the development of job descriptions, support with the management of salary banding recommendations and create interview scorecards.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure that service standards are met, priorities are clear, solicit feedback and act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring managers to ensure that identified service gaps are promptly resolved.
  • Monitor and analyse recruiting metrics to track performance success, identify areas for improvement, and recommend best practices for the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition leadership in keeping current with recruiting trends and assisting with the implementation of recruitment technology, job boards and innovation.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience required, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the entire internal corporate recruitment life cycle.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the South East Asian recruitment landscape, including job boards, sourcing channels, and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the business, including leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to effectively work and collaborate across departments and levels with a service mindset.
  • Demonstrated passion for service excellence.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into recruiting priorities, strategies, and plans.
  • Ability to be a goal-oriented, self-starter who can prioritise activities to achieve results in a rapid growth, changing business atmosphere.
