Outbrain is seeking a skilled Training Manager to join our Demand Enablement team, aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness and reinforcing Outbrain's unique value proposition through our people and customer relationships.
- Oversee the planning and execution of the Global Sales Training Plan.
- Deliver top-tier internal and external training to Sales and Account Management teams.
- Manage the customer certification program for brands and agencies.
- Identify needs and maintain an ongoing relationship with Account Managers.

What you'll bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales training or certification roles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong data-driven and collaborative approach.
- Budget management skills.
- Advanced understanding of media sales dynamics and tools.
