Digital Video Coordinator

We are looking for a new team member who is knowledgeable and passionate about online video. The Digital Video Coordinator will manage our in-house production and oversee our vast library of short-form video.

A day in the life: 

• Plan and coordinate the content production strategy
• Generate video content for and with specifications from the team/publishers
• Hire new freelancers 
• Stay updated on trends and identify topics of high interest
• Evaluate spending vs. performance, looking for savings and ways to streamline resources
• Understand content requirements, know the library inside-out and identify shortages 
• Ensure quality control and brand safety of video content
• Evaluate the performance of content against a long-term growth strategy
• Support the Business Development team with reports, presentations and pitches, when necessary 
• Come up with creative and innovative ideas

What you will bring:

• Experience with video/digital media projects
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis 
• Excellent written and spoken English 
• Time management and organisational skills 
• Outstanding attention to detail
• German/French/Italian/Japanese language is a plus
