We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Application Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise application support, infrastructure, and cloud services. This role requires a technically skilled professional who can lead strategic initiatives, resolve complex issues, and contribute directly to both application creation and long-term support.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft 365 stack (including Exchange, SharePoint, and related services), email security platforms like Proofpoint, and the ability of building, deploying, and supporting applications across a modern enterprise environment.

  • Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise application domains.
  • Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of internal business applications and integrations.
  • Deliver hands-on 2nd and 3rd level application support, resolving issues across collaboration platforms, endpoint management, and authentication systems.
  • Drive and manage the Exchange On-Prem to Exchange Online migration, ensuring continuity and optimal performance.
  • Administer and optimize the O365 environment, with a focus on Exchange, SharePoint, email gateways, and app integrations.
  • Manage and support key enterprise applications:
  • Zoom, Dialpad, MS Teams - Troubleshooting and maintaining reliable communication platforms.
  • Kiteworks - Ensuring secure, compliant file transfer services.
  • Jamf & Intune - Endpoint management across macOS and Windows environments.
  • SSO & Identity Management - Contribute to design and implementation of authentication systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support teams to deliver scalable, stable, and well-documented applications.
  • Proactively monitor and resolve application/system incidents and performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Informations Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in lieu required
  • 7-10 years Experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise application support. required
  • Proven experience with application development, deployment, and lifecycle management. (Proficient proficiency)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & cloud), O365, and email security/ gateway platforms. (Advanced proficiency)
  • Hands-on experience with Proofpoint for email filtering, threat protection, and policy enforcement. (Proficient proficiency)
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise tools such as Jamf, Intune, Zoom, and Kiteworks. (Proficient proficiency)
  • Familiarity with identity and access management systems (e.g., CyberArk). (Proficient proficiency)
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot across application, infrastructure, and network layers. (Advanced proficiency)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams. (Advanced proficiency)
  • Microsoft or Azure certifications (e.g., MS-700, AZ-104). (Proficient proficiency)
  • Application development or integration experience using scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash). (Proficient proficiency)
  • Experience in regulated industries or compliance-focused environments. (Proficient proficiency)
  • Background in hybrid cloud architectures and enterprise application design best practices (Proficient proficiency)
