Project Manager - Projects & Services

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to / handle:

Project Management

  • To observe strategic planning, analysis of Future Projects and other technical collaboration.
  • To manage preliminary project plan, site selection, layout, preliminary engineering, detailed engineering, and equipment specification.
  • To monitor activity at sites, reviewing project schedule, ensuring cost control within budget, planning for cash flow requirements.
  • To ensure projects payment is be collected on time as per PO terms.
  • To ensure coordination of cross functional team and development of inter-personal team.
  • To ensure overall 2% increase in Gross Margin percent for projects being handled.
  • To maintain all Quality Assurance and Quality Control formats and ISO documents for construction activities.
  • To maintain "as built" drawings and other documents for final project handover like all test reports, commissioning reports, material reconciliations.
  • To ensure all the documents are duly certified.
  • To ensure obtaining completion certificate.
  • To collect duly certified Time Sheets from clients wherever applicable

Resource Management
  • To lead, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of project targets.
  • To coordinate projects for the set-up standards with answerability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.
  • To ensure creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.


Erection & Commissioning
  • To ensure anchoring erection & commissioning and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
  • To ensure managing erection & commissioning of equipment dry run & wet trials, commercial production & proving.
  • To ensure installing & commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities, planning & effectuating maintenance plans for machines and equipment.
  • To ensure administering plant safety audit, improvement in occupational safety and monitoring safety improvement plan.

Operations & Maintenance
  • To ensure managing maintenance operations for reducing breakdown / downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment.
  • To ensure distributing superior quality, conceptualization and implementation of work methods/ procedures, project plan management, operation execution and management, cost estimation and control, effective resource utilization leading to successful completion of time-bound projects.


YOU HAVE:

  • Academic background in University Graduate - Engineering
  • Previous experience in or with 10 - 15 years in Project Management
