Human Resources Business Partner

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Support our nVent Greenville campus (formerly ILSCO Extrusions), which specializes in extruded and fabricated aluminum componentry for intercompany use and external third party customers.
• Lead HR initiatives and engagement activities that improve employee experiences, grow successful teams, and reinforce our values and culture for our Greenville, PA campus.
• Collaborate with site management, our Talent Acquisition Team and 3rd party employment agencies, participating in recruitment activities to address site staffing needs with a focus on diversity and effective candidate selection.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and counsel to internal partners on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation.
• Facilitate Human Resources processes such as onboarding, benefit administration, pay reviews, training, performance management and off boarding.
• Partner with payroll, HRIS; and compensation and benefits functions as needed to provide solutions for employee questions, and ensure accuracy of HRIS data
• Facilitate effective delivery of employee communications, including announcing organization changes, new hires, key initiative updates, and nVent and segment news.
• Collaborate with HR teams across the business and lead project work to drive consistent execution of HR services.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist/Business Partner required
• Experience working within manufacturing industry highly preferred
• Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws
• Familiarity with Workday or HRIS systems helpful
