We are currently seeking a "Technical Consultant " to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
As a Platform Solutions Consultant you will work within NTT's ServiceNow Managed Services practice and remotely manage accounts, lead a team of technical consultants, and perform various duties throughout the day. This is a challenging position requiring a strong customer focus, problem solving capabilities, ServiceNow technical knowledge, and the ability to lead a team. A Day In The Life:
Manage work queues for multiple clients, ensure work is well defined and scoped, and assigned to technical consultants for development
Personally perform technical development work where needed
Lead weekly meetings with clients to discuss their needs and ensure current work assigned to team is progressing
Present, educate and persuade clients on best practices as it pertains to their environment
Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts for requests from clients when needed
Perform ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive additional revenue streams

Desired certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
Multiple ServiceNow CIS Certifications (ITSM CIS, CSM CIS, HRSD CIS, etc.)
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow and have a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow enterprise product suite (including core process areas in ITSM, plus others such as ITOM, HR, CSM, UX, ITAM, or ITBM)
Experience leading a team of ServiceNow developers.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($90.00 to $100.00/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
