Responsibilities
- Collaborate with prospective users to translate needs into product requirements
- Define the vision for the team's product
- Creating a product road map based on this vision and overseeing all stages of product creation from inception to anchoring change
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing based on changing requirements
- Developing user stories and agreeing acceptance criteria
Experience
- 10+ years of experience having worked on Channels transformation programs (preferably Mobile transformation programs) as a Product Manager / Product Owner.
- Strategic and forward thinker who understands industry best practices in the Channels area and has worked with banks and/or digital banks.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage design / delivery expectations
- You will have an in-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology and excellent knowledge of product development architecture.
- You will need to have the ability to prioritize effectively, excellent knowledge of user-centred design principles and excellent oral and written communication.
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
