About the Job:

The Product Manager (Journey lead) is responsible for driving the innovation and prioritization of Taco Bell’s Menu & Drive-Thru SQUAD to achieve defined business and customer outcomes. With this role, the opportunities are endless: Work collaboratively across marketing, operations, technology, and Yum! Brands to identify feasible, viable, and desirable menu design opportunities and develop a roadmap aligned with business needs. The Staff Product Manager will have an eye for detail and the ability to spot opportunities and synergies across products/projects as necessary.  This squad is a new mix of marketing focus and digital/agile powered processes, and you will be a part of helping define how these groups incorporate different processes together to find the right balance.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Drive the squad to create new menu design and architecture tests to drive more sales from our largest channel (the drive-thru)
  • Work within the creative and testing process to ensure that new design ideas are executed properly and successfully
  • Ensure learnings from tests are captured, shared, and applied to adjust the roadmap where necessary
  • Lead ideation and sprint planning, understanding problems to solve, and defining new outcomes to add to the backlog to deliver against squad OKRs through agile methodology
  • Manage and refine the prioritized backlog and drive cross-functional prioritizations based on strategic business impact across digital and non-digital channels
  • Develop a roadmap aligned with business needs and technical capabilities leveraging customer and team member data and insights to inform test ideation and design
  • Partner with Senior leadership to align on wins and high impacts test for each sprint and ensure a healthy pipeline of test ideas.
  • Manage stakeholder collaboration and communications; Build cross-functional partnerships to ensure that tests align with evolving organizational goals and objectives.

Is This You?

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relatable experience
  • 8+ years of experience in digital merchandising, creative project/product management or similar, building and executing a strategic roadmap of capabilities and related initiatives.
  • Experience defining the right cadence and integration into 2 different existing processes (creative and digital)
  • Proficiency with Visio, JIRA/Confluence, and agile methodologies/scrum ceremonies is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations to solve problems, using structured methodologies (customer journey mapping, design thinking, business process design, A/B testing)
  • Familiarity of the digital creative process and digital merchandising to ensure we are moving with speed and agility to drive the right results
  • Proven ability to lead a combination of direct and virtual team members in a collaborative environment with demonstrated ability to manage vendors and build strategic partnerships
  • Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder communications and involvement as well as run product team meetings

Salary Range: $130,500 - $178,000 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
