Middleware Security Engineer for Web App Hosting Engineering serves as the Technical Security Expert for Best In Class the team. The Security Engineer will assess the current product level security hardening Engineering standards and recommend//implement technical security solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a technical security reference document for all Security configurations for our supported Web App Hosting products.
- Evaluate current security standards and provide a current analysis document.
- Providing technical guidance and support the Engineering team to integrate LDAP with Web and App Servers
- Continuously improve the Security posture of the Engineering team

- Experience with installation and configuration of Web App Hosting Middleware technologies like WebSphere, Liberty, Weblogic, Tomcat etc.
- Experience with Security Controls, policies and configurations.
- Experience with file systems, file ownership, permissions, access control lists (ACLs).
- Experience with configuration of digital certificates and ciphers.
- Experience binding in LDAP and querying in LDAP.
- Familiar with CyberArk (Functional ID) vaulting

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this onsite role is $48.00-$55.00/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
