About the role:
Guide and mentor enterprise level in the principles and practices of Agile, ensuring effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery of customer obsessed engagement
Your key responsibilities:
• Coach and develop organization to drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies across functions
• Coach and develop organization to be able to Drive agile methodologies and frameworks, fostering self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement; Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and retrospectives to implement effective agile practices and identify areas for improvement; Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align goals, priorities, and backlogs with business objectives; Guide agile project management, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task estimation; Provide training, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance the agile capabilities of teams and individuals, ensuring consistent understanding and application of agile methodologies; Measure and track the progress and effectiveness of agile initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
• Education: Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Coach) are highly desirable.
• Experience/Professional requirement:Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with agile frameworks and methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Experience in organizational transformation and change management initiatives is a plus. Fluent in English (business level)and Japanese (native)
