Forcepoint is looking for a Agile Lead to join our growing Program Management Function. The role will be reporting to the IT PMO and will be focused on establishing & executing a scalable, agile methodology driven, program management process for the enterprise.

The role will be exposed to multiple product and technology disciplines and will be required to drive collaboration with several functional groups across Forcepoint.

As a Senior Agile Lead, you will be responsible for implementing Agile methodologies within our teams, focusing on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will guide, coach, and mentor teams in Agile practices, facilitating continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across multiple teams, focusing on the SAFe framework.
  • Facilitate PI (Program Increment) planning sessions, Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives), and other key Agile activities.
  • Adhere to standard practices and governance around Sprints, Scrum Sessions, Daily-stand Up's, Agile Release Train, backlog grooming and retrospectives
  • Work closely with product owners, scrum masters, and team members to ensure alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
  • Provide coaching and training to teams and individuals on Agile principles, practices, and the SAFe framework.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress and facilitate conflict resolution to ensure team cohesion and productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align Agile practices with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on Agile metrics to track team performance and project progress.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile processes and tools.
  • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize and groom product/functional backlog
  • Define baselines and establish standards for measuring Team velocity, backlog health and capacity
  • Produce and represent metrics at C-Level, indicating Team velocity, backlog health and report on the overall health of a project/program
  • Track program-level risks and work with Product Owners to define a remediation plan for each risk item

Qualifications/Skills

  • Certified SAFe Scrum Master.
  • 5+ years of experience in an Agile leadership role, with a proven track record of successful Agile transformations.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering oriented environment
  • Experience of driving & executing agile-driven project management practices
  • Strong technical skills, with solid foundational understanding of On-premises and Cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing the evolving needs of the business and their requirements
  • Self-started, with a willingness to challenge the status-quo and drive the Team towards a transformation journey
