Overall job purpose: The Nordic TA Lead, RLT, is responsible for establishing a governance and operationalize the governance by coordinating alignment both internally and with the distributor on the job to be done for the RLT portfolio.

About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:


  • Coordinate and align the Nordic cross-functional and cross-company RLT business with focus on the alignment between roles in Novartis Nordic and SAM Nordic. Ensure clear overview over the alliance, including what happens at the distributor as well as internally in Novartis Nordic. Analyze the continuously changing dynamics and information, suggest improvement for the alliance where needed.
  • Ensure aligned cross-company execution as well as readiness for assigned RLT launch assets.
  • Ensure go to market model/strategy and aligned KPIs, including revenue forecast scenarios are in place. Support localization of strategic and tactical plans by SAM Nordic's commercial team. Act as the interface with above country RLT partners (WEC/RE/IMI) and Nordic/country, internal/SAM Nordic key customers.
  • Ensure internal perspective on business performance and launch readiness for RLT launch assets: Secure deep insights are documented about market, customers and competitors to enable robust strategic and tactical plans. Support with coordination of key planned tactics across companies and geographies.
  • In collaboration and in agreement with Novartis Medical TA Lead and SAM Nordic's external engagement team, engage with key medical experts, patient organizations and other relevant customers to coordinate timely readiness for patient access and clinical adoption.
  • Inspire and role model a customer focused culture through excellence in execution.
  • Drive a growth mindset and role model an inspired, curious and unbossed culture.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance to internal and external compliance regulation across the Nordics.

Essential Requirements:

  • Education:University degree in business and/or bioscience.
  • Experience with several business functions covered by the alliance.
  • Experience and maturity in ability to work with internal collaborators through all layers of the organization.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships with external partners.
  • Proficient English and one of the Nordic languages, both written and spoken.
  • Shown leadership qualities that reflect a self-motivated individual with the ability to coordinate and work as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to lead and empower cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong relationship/team building, interpersonal skills and business acumen.

Desirable Requirements:

  • In depth knowledge of oncology customers (patients, payers, HCPs), market dynamics and key competitors and their likely strategies.
