Market Access and Business Development Manager, Nordics

This is a strategic role with the objectives to:

-Contribute to the successful establishment and growth of CSL Seqirus products in the Nordics via Market Access activities, establish key stakeholder relationships (identifying immunisation networks and engaging with leading immunisation co-ordinators) support CSL Seqirus Policy and Government Affairs objectives, manage KOL engagement and advocacy.

- Drive tender success, support activities to increase Vaccine Coverage Rates and raise awareness of CSL Seqirus portfolio through successful interactions with a wide range of local, regional, and national stakeholders.

-Maximise growth of CSL Seqirus products by building long term partnerships with key stakeholders across all channels and through close collaboration with the Seqirus cross-functional team.

You tasks and responsibilities will be the following, but not limited to:

1) Drive successful establishment of CSL Seqirus brands in the Nordics via market access activities:
  • Identify, map and engage with Key Decision Makers and influencers across various Local/Regional/National stakeholder and advocacy groups.
  • Engage across relevant stakeholder groups to support the establishment of enhanced vaccines Immunisation Policy, CSL Seqirus portfolio is optimised in teners, and high VCR levels are attained
  • Support key stakeholder management, building regional and national advocates and where needed support with stakeholder introductions to internal team, expert meetings, round tables and advisory boards
  • Support policy shaping: Liaise with key stakeholders and influencers who can help in shaping and driving Local/Regional/National policy
  • Identify opportunities to further enhance CSL Seqirus position in the Nordics
  • Be regarded by external stakeholders as a partner of choice, shaping/inputting into local situations where possible
  • Use relevant data/information, such as claims/prescribing data, to support system 'challenge' to prescribing that is not aligned to national guidance
  • Understand both the National and local policies and their impact on CSL Seqirus and share this knowledge/information internally in order to optimise activities/opportunities
  • Develop and implement account plans for Local/Regional areas
  • Broaden relevant stakeholder group and expand 'reach' and interactions within the various stakeholder groups
  • Ensure that relevant knowledge of policy/environment and stakeholder relationships are optimised with CSL Seqirus colleagues in order to shape thinking and optimise activities
  • Support internal teams with external interactions including pilot- and project-work
  • Support internal teams with the understanding of market access needs and ensure budget is managed and used appropriately
  • Develop deep level of product, competitor and therapy area knowledge.
  • Analyse and interpret and present clinical data

2. Build long term partnerships with designated Key customers
  • Build long terms effective business relationships with key stakeholders within Sweden, Norway and Denmark Immunisation authorities
  • Identify and develop relationship with Key Opinion Leaders within designated stakeholder groups.
  • Establish CSL Seqirus as the preferred partner through strong customer relationships and by delivering professional and innovative solutions
  • Actively participate at conferences, congresses and meetings building relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key payers and other relevant decision makers to create the optimal environment for success of CSL Seqirus portfolio.
  • Facilitate access for CSL Seqirus associates when required; cross functionally leverage these resources as appropriate
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support launches of new products
  • In season support to customers to ensure maximisation of their uptake

3) Compliance with Seqirus internal processes and Codes of conduct
  • Maintain customer records, meeting notes and submit regular meeting reports where required
  • Ensure fully authorised and compliant sales contracts and sales agreements are in place and kept up to date where applicable
  • Provide back up for colleagues as needed to support business continuity.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and the applicable industry code of conduct

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent within one of: Science background, BSc in a science discipline,
  • Local Industry Code compliance
  • Previous vaccines experience required
  • Experience of Market Access and policy shaping activities.
  • Ability to record, analyse and report on data according to requirements
  • Proven track record of accessing and working with high level Local Health Economy decision makers
  • Ability to interact with health authorities and senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of public health policy development, pricing and reimbursement processes and tenders
  • Fluent in English and in one of the these 3languages : Swedish / Norwegian / Danish
  • Excellent in Business partnering and influencing
  • Drive to succeed and a willingness to challenge established methods
  • Ability to identify and build relationship with key decision makers and influencers within the multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Develop long term relationship high value interactions with customers with proven results
  • Strategic thinking and forward planning
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
  • Organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
