-Optimization of specific infrastructure services -Capture demand for infrastructure services, in collaboration with Demand and Supply Management, by engaging early in IT projects -Develops and enhances relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor / key point of contact actively managing expectations and monitoring satisfaction levels and service adoption -Provide program / project management and tracking services to impactful initiatives where required and their delivery in accordance with project goals, timescales, costs, Novartis methodologies and own defined approach -Understand complex IT landscapes -Influence work practices in own area of expertise across different IT domains

Major accountabilities:

  • Asset identification and management in company Configuration management database (CMDB) and subsequent systems based on various requirements that may arise during the merger or acquisition process.
  • Asset validation - ensuring the accuracy and completeness of asset data. This involves conducting thorough validation exercises to guarantee that the asset information is reliable and up-to-date from multiple perspectives.
  • CMDB reporting to all stakeholders of the baseline and findings to report the progress.
  • Collaboration with finance teams in order to validate the assets from finance perspective and support the subsequent transfer in finance systems.
  • Support of operational asset transfer of all assets in scope.
  • Validation of end results of the transfer process and following corrections.
  • CMDB clean up activity after each project cycle end.

Minimum Requirements:

Work Experience:

  • Experience in M&A Asset Management essential
  • Experience in asset identification and management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as stakeholder management
  • Details oriented and proactive
  • Good reporting skills
  • Experience in Project Management, Regulatory Strategy, IT Systems Integration.
