About the Role
Location: Prague, Czech Republic #LI-Hybrid
The Associate Director, DDIT M&A Deal Enablement Account Manager will be the main point of contact between Novartis and the acquired company during onboarding and offboarding of accounts.
In this critical role, you will be coordinating various teams, designing new processes, and ensuring, that users & accounts are delivered within M&A IT scope.
We are looking for a person with multi-disciplinary experience that likes to learn new things and pro-actively solve issues on the way.
Your key responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional coordination of M&A related IT topics involving various teams during the full length of divestment, including aspects such as Infrastructure (M&A account management), ISC/IAM (Dual Account implementation), APS (DIV Flag amendment), and also PKI (Signature adaption)

- Design of business logic for reporting
- NAC/CDA Preparation and Process implementation
- Tool adaptation & implementation according to project requirements
- Process integration support & guidance for divested organization
- Act as internal POC for user related topics and multifaceted cases/issues where BAU processes are challenged.
- M&A IT internal coordination & support, among which reporting on Joiner & Leavers in M&A Scope and supporting M&A Finance reporting.
- M&A IT external POC, being the min interface for P&O / IAM
- Responsible for overall management of users, accounts & groups in scope of M&A IT
