Produces and edits long and short form content for internal and external printing, digital periodicals, and other communication vehicles as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Investigates and writes articles for print and digital publication, highlighting key message points related to information technology.
- Edits and proofs copy to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriateness of content.
- Interviews staff members/clinicians within and outside Information Services.
- Performs additional research as required.
- Confirms accuracy with clinicians and/or staff.
- Performs related duties, as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field, required. Master's Degree, preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional related experience, writing artifacts geared toward multiple, diverse audiences, required.
- Comprehensive portfolio of long and short-form storytelling, required.
- Proven ability to analyze, synthesize and relay complex stories in simple ways, required.
- Substantial background in journalism-style research and interviewing.
- Familiarity with health care/medicine, wellness or life sciences, preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficient in MS Office, required.
