Job Description FT 37.5 hrs 10a-6p Varied days including weekends and holidays
Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on employee schedules to ensure that the facility is appropriately staffed to meet patient care needs. Works under supervision, to conduct payroll functions in the software and prepares relevant reports to identify cost saving opportunities.
Job Responsibility
- Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports employee schedules for accuracy; prepares software-based time utilization reports and reviews with team leaders to identify trends in staff scheduling and cost saving opportunities.
- Develops schedules for nurses, aides, therapists, or other patient care providers in a staffing software.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
- Analyzes, verifies, and inputs employee schedules and changes for accuracy of daily staffing, Preferred
- Multitasking answering of phone calls from units, assessing nursing assignments for necessary adjustments, and inputting updates into Kronos in real time, Preferred
- Assist management in development of schedules for nurses, aides, therapists, or other patient care providers in Kronos, Preferred
- Review utilization reports with team leaders to identify trends in staff scheduling, overtime, and payroll for cost saving opportunities, Preferred
- Monitors daily timecards and coordinates with management for updates and changes as needed prior to pay period ending, Preferred
