PBNA Staffing Analyst

Howell, MI

Overview

This role can be based within commutable distance from locations in the Southeast Michigan market (Pontiac, Howell, Kimball & Detroit).

This role is dedicated to providing recruiting, staffing and onboarding support to Sales & Delivery and Warehouse teams for frontline employees in Southeast Michigan Market within PepsiCo Beverages North America (PNBA). This position is work from home position, however role will be based out of Southeast Michigan Market and will require travel to locations within the market, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide staffing support for Sales & Delivery, Warehouse, and Transport client teams, with a goal of filling open roles with qualified talent while achieving target metrics such as Time to Accept, Time to Find/Hire, retention, and system accuracy, among others.
  • May support hiring activities in one or multiple locations within several functions at any given time.
  • Execute the full life cycle of the recruitment process for each requisition, including:
  • Successfully manage high volume of open requisitions, with a focus on "urgent" roles.
  • Actively recruit talent through partnerships with Community Based Organizations, ADP etc.
  • Partner with ADP, HR and Frontline Staffing Teams to identify new ways to attract talent.
  • Ensure timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring team.
  • Screen, assess, and evaluate internal and external candidates who have applied to our roles and present qualified candidates to the Hiring team. Candidate slate representation should meet diversity requirements established by the function(s).
  • Interview and evaluate frontline candidates for "urgent" roles.
  • Work closely with ADP to ensure seamless candidate process.
  • Utilize problem solving techniques to find resolutions for requisition related issues.
  • Manage the feedback process to determine next step actions. Manage the process to achieve/build consensus, with manager oversight when needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships while building credibility with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partners, and ADP.
  • Communicate and educate hiring managers and frontline supervisory teams on the staffing policies and processes - serve as the ADP (third party) liaison.
  • May participate in a client/location focused project that supports long term staffing needs, goals, and/or AOP.
  • Coordinate Hiring Events in partnership with local teams for "urgent" roles to ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Lead and support New Hire Orientation and frontline onboarding efforts and retention strategies for the market.
  • Monitor post-onboarding effectiveness/retention through surveys or data collection.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,400 - $87,500 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience (i.e. recruiting, staffing, onboarding, training, HR).
  • Previous experience with Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience.
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to deliver developed onboarding material effectively.
  • Prior experience working with a diverse and dynamic audience.
