Coordinates a variety of inventory and distribution activities according to established policies and procedures. Ensures all requisitions have been filled accurately and completely.
Job Responsibility
- Coordinates tasks related to the receipt of supplies from vendors (validating order, verifying item quality, entering delivery information into department computer system).
- Ensures supplies are safely and functionally placed in storeroom using proper storage distribution techniques.
- Facilitates the continuous inventory of storeroom to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
- Communicates inventory updates, discrepancies, and shortages to management.

Job Qualification
- Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
