Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Structure deals and develop proposals independently, managing customer negotiations and ensuring that deals align with shareholder value while driving competitive pricing. This may involve compiling and submitting necessary tender documentation.
  • Develop specialized knowledge of the latest commercial developments in the designated area and possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders. Contribute to strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within the assigned responsibility area.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of best practices and understand how the designated area integrates with others. Demonstrate awareness of competition and factors differentiating them in the market.
  • Exercise judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customer interactions. Offer new perspectives on existing solutions, leveraging technical expertise for data analysis to support recommendations from multiple internal and limited external sources.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and lead fairly complex projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Effectively communicate difficult or sensitive information, working to build consensus while displaying persuasion skills to influence others within the field.
  • Be proficient in executive-level discussions and able to concisely communicate with the intention to positively influence decision-making processes that impact company metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, STEM or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, alongside effective interpersonal and leadership abilities in English and Portuguese.
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs/projects, and document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills, contributing to effective organizational planning and execution.
  • Working knowledge of the North American electricity transmission and distribution industry as well as the key drivers & challenges of energy transition.
  • Legally able to work in Brazil.
