Job Description
Performs photographic and non-photographic diagnostic testing; schedules and explains diagnostic procedures; maintains patient-flow; assists with educational/communication activities.
Job Responsibility
- Performs photographic diagnostic testing on patients including, but not limited to fluorescein angiography, fundus photography, slit lamp photography, endothelial cell counts, stereo disc photos, external photos, slit lamp photographs, operating room photography and video.
- Prepares diagnostic tests and photographs for evaluation by department physicians.
- Assists ophthalmologists in implementing patient's plan-of-care.
- Obtains medical/ophthalmic history, checks visual acuities, performs visual fields, administers eye drops and other medications necessary for eye examinations.

Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
