Job Description:
The candidate will perform Cyber System Security Engineering activities supporting all phases of systems development in the areas of Cybersecurity/Systems Security Engineering, and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) as per Risk Management Framework (RMF) for later determined program. Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Developing and maintaining cybersecurity documentation to include creating and updating security policies and procedures, user manuals, training materials, and other relevant documentation.
Converting complex technical concepts into clear, digestible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, working closely with cybersecurity experts, engineers, and other relevant teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
Facilitating meetings and tabletop exercises with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Basic Qualifications:

Current DoD Secret Security Clearance
Current CISSP or CISM.
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; 6 years of related experience with a master's degree; 4 years of related experience with PhD. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Expert knowledge of Risk Management Framework in a Defense and Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) accredited environment.
Intimate knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (i.e., NIST, DFARS, CMMC, etc.)
Technical writing experience with a focus on cybersecurity or IT security documentation
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and best practices
Previous experience within or engaging with USG Program Executive Offices (i.e., PEO Missiles and Space)
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math)
Additional Operating System Environment Certifications i.e., (Linux+, RHCSA, Net+, CCNA, VMware Certified, etc.)
Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira and Confluence)
* Experience with Integrate Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office
Salary Range: $144,200.00 - $216,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
