This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program.

What You'll Get To Do:
The selected Manager will be responsible for serving as the technical manager overseeing the initial and ongoing range certification of the Onboard Test Equipment (OBTE) system in addition to facilitating Integration and Test activities.
The manager will be responsible for performing tasks dealing with associated with Range Certification to RCC-319 and RCC324 for OBTE components and systems.
Providing technical mentorship to a team of approximately 5 engineers
Supporting schedule and cost planning in support of program EVMS
Synthesizing customer contractual needs and requirements into verification plans, and oversee technical verification plan execution
Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for subsystem components
Coordinate integrated testing activities with System Test Team counterparts, and Range/System Safety personnel
Support development of the program Integrated Test Plan (ITP) for the AVE segment
Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program and conformance to RCC-319/324
Support development of the Master Measurand List (MML) to ensure instrumentation data is gathered throughout the EMD program in support of subsystem verification and validation

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and a minimum 6 years of related experience or Master's Degree in STEM with 4 years of related experience
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
1 year experience leading projects and/or driving performance against schedule
Experience in RCC-319/324 and SMC-S-016 compliance and coordination with customer ranges required
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
Experience coordinating and leading integrated testing activities with multiple test teams
Electrical component test development/test set development experience
Flight Test Instrumentation design/development experience
2 years of demonstrated experience in system integration and test principles and processes including developing test plans and procedures
SCRUM Master experience
Salary Range: $135,100.00 - $202,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
