This position will be located at Roy, UT to support the Sentinel Aerospace Vehicle Equipment (AVE) Segment in our Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Responsibilities include:

Setting up cost control system, monitoring and controlling costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
Performing analyses and preparing reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters.
Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
Preparing program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.
Monitoring funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures and preparation of expenditure projections.
Monthly material and subcontract financial forecasting.
Participating in month-end financial reporting close activities.
Performing miscellaneous financial analysis including monthly financial reporting/forecasting and monthly EACs
Continually assessing and improving financial reporting processes to enhance efficiencies.
Required for Both Level(s):
This position may be filled at a Principal level (3) or Sr. Principal level (4)

Bachelor's degree with a minimum 5 years of related experience in business, finance, accounting, program control, and/or similar industry related fields; 3 years with a Master's degree; or 9 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree (Sr. Principal level requires a bachelor's and 8 years; a master's and 6 years; or 12 years with a HS diploma)

US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance
Experience with Deltek Cobra
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Experience with proposals and program start up
Experience successfully supporting a monthly financial forecasting rhythm
Experience with all facets of Cost Management including Controller, Labor Cost Management, Material Cost Management, Earned Value Management with external government reporting, Schedule Management and financial forecasting
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Active DoD Secret level security clearance or higher
5+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
Proficient in Deltek Cobra, SAP, PowerBI
Strong analytical ability
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present to SDS leadership

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00Salary Range 2: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
