This position may be hybrid and must be located near a NGAS facility in CA or Melbourne, FL.

The primary objective will be the implementation of sector wide NGAS program management reporting and tools. This role includes documenting, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing the program management tool-set and associated processes. It also includes the implementation of a common program reporting structure to support NGAS Program Management execution performance, as well as ensuring current execution and Corporate Program Management initiatives remain in alignment from a reporting and tools structure.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Ensuring alignment of Program Management Processes and Operating Procedures (PrOP) with selected tools and reporting solutions
Process mapping and documentation
Supporting Program Management tool development, configuration, implementation, and deployment
Development and delivery of training documentation and webinars for program management tools
Coordination with all Sector Divisions, Business Areas, and Programs to drive alignment across various Program and Business Management business systems (e.g. SAP, IPRS, TRIO, Cobra, etc.)
Development of Program Startup requirements and checklists
Development of requirements for a Digital Program Management Review (PMR) tool
The ability to apply knowledge, insights and understanding of business and financial concepts, tools and processes to the benefit of program decisions, actions, and performance
The ability to manage communications with stakeholders through organized processes to ensure that program information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets program and stakeholder needs
Consistently makes time to seek and incorporate input from customers and understand their expectations. Demonstrates commitment and energy to meet customer needs. Build strong relationships with strategic partners and key suppliers. Guides program team and support functions on how to take action to satisfy customer expectations
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master's degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below.
Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions.
Experience with process development, application, and improvement
Program management or Project management experience
EVMS or Cost Scheduling experience
Active DoD Secret security clearance last investigated within 6 years or enrolled in continuous evaluation
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in STEM, Business or Management
Experience working capture / proposal through program start up and program execution
Experience utilizing program management tools (e.g. IPRS, TRIO, SAP, Cobra, etc.)
PMP Certification
Agile certification
Salary Range: $161,500.00 - $280,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
