Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst 3 supporting our Joint Tactical Ground Station (JTAGS) program in Colorado Springs, CO
The Industrial Security Analyst 3 position is tasked to perform day-to-day security activities for the JTAGS program in Colorado Springs, CO. Security support entails the implementation and compliance with the 32 CFR, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, Missile Defense Agency and U.S. Army requirements & regulations, Contract Security Classification Guides and Northrop Grumman Policy and Procedures. The job responsibilities for this position are reliant upon basic experience in all aspects of the following Security disciplines: Personnel Security, Physical Security, Document Control, Operations Security (OPSEC), Industrial Security, and Communications Security (COMSEC)
Basic Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 9 years of related experience; OR 5 plus years of experience with a bachelor's degree; OR 3 plus year of relevant experience with a master's degree

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or 365, including, MS Word, MS EXCEL

Working knowledge of the following standards/documents; 32 CFR part 117, NISP, ICDs

Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion

Self-starter with minimal supervision

Must have current and active Secret Security Clearance/with ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Possess a thorough understanding and working knowledge of 32 CFR, NISPOM, DoDM 5205 series, and ICD security standards as well as OPSEC, personnel, industrial, cyber, physical, Information Security principles

Familiarization with issuing and overseeing contracts for facility security

Demonstrated positive working relationship with internal and external customers

Proficient with NISS, DISS, and SIMs

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion

Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines

Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

COMSEC experience

Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
