Job Description
Who We Are

HII-Technical Solutions Division is seeking a qualified senior-level Special Security Technician to support our customer, U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC). The Special Security Technician provides installation support to more than 50 associate units and ensures security for ISR, EN, treaty verification facilities and systems located worldwide, including the National Airborne Operations Center. The incumbent assists the Special Security Officer (SSO) to ensure control of access to SCI and SCI facilities (SCIFs), certifies and receives SCI visitor clearances/accesses, conducts SCI security briefings, indoctrinations, debriefings, and trainings on classified material and SSO-related topics. He/she obtains signed non-disclosure agreements, and provides guidance and assistance for processing SCI position and eligibility requests for assigned military, government, and contractor personnel. Other duties may include audits of classified material; inspections of classified material storage facilities, SCIFs, containers; and, researching and preparing classified material-related policy and management recommendations, reports and recommendations.

What You Will Do
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the All Source Analyst activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
  • Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.


What You Must Have
  • Required Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Required Education: Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. A bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, is a substitute to the master's degree.
  • Required Clearance: Must currently possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance


Physical Requirements
Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
