Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a highly qualified, mission-oriented Program Manager to lead and manage the USAF Global Hawk Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and Mission Planning Sustainment Contracts. The successful candidate will assist in directing all aspects of the programs associated with planning, implementation, contracting, and execution of the program across Integrated Product Teams and functions. The successful candidate will interact with the customer, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as the focal point for USAF Global Hawk Sustainment program activities as well as, manage risks and opportunities to ensure timely execution of efforts to support the Global Autonomous and Tactical Solutions Operating Unit. The primary objective will be to provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary team both CONUS and OCONUS to accomplish the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements of the USAF Global Hawk contracts' program life cycle from inception (proposal development) through startup, execution, and completion (contract closeout). Adherence to all internal processes for Program Management.
Direct the work of employees assigned to the program including site operations, technical, functional and administrative areas.
Adherence to Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Development and adherence to budget baselines.
Development and delivery of presentations to customers, management, and other program stakeholders.
Knowledge and execution of a variety of proposal and contract types (CPFF, FFP, CR).
Proposal development / capture planning and strategy.
Creation, review and finalization of the program Statement of Work.
Negotiation and establishment of schedule milestones, payment, and other key contract terms and conditions.
Development of customer relationships and cultivation of customer intimacy.
Ability to comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish the project result.
Ability to demonstrate success in leading and developing cross functional teams.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management and individual contributors.
Strong communication, team building and facilitation skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team, upper management and customers.
Demonstrate understanding of program risk, opportunity and issue management process.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years, or Master's and 8 years' experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and/or related project management/logistics/flight operations/maintenance experience
10+ years of applicable experience may be considered in lieu of education
Active US DOD Secret Clearance and ability to be granted and maintain special program access
Management Experience
Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint
Willing and able to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
Logistics, Maintenance, and/or Flight Operations/Maintenance Background
Experience with Unmanned and Autonomous Systems, preferably Global Hawk or Triton
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Experience

Salary Range: $135,100.00 - $202,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
