This position will be located on site in Melbourne, Florida.

Essential Functions:

Lead and manage work related to maintaining building infrastructure including: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Equipment controls programming (BMS - Building management system), remote monitoring systems and/or general maintenance.

Ensure code compliance for all buildings recurring maintenance needs.

Utilizes Maximo computerized maintenance management system to schedule, track and report on infrastructure maintenance, service requests/work orders and trouble calls; ensure all maintenance team employees are following established practices for updating and using Maximo.

Establish Preventative Maintenance scope and frequency for all new equipment. Continuously review existing plans for accuracy and best practice.

Apply focused approach on coordination and consistent protocols around training and development for our Facilities personnel; ranging from standard orientation and onboarding to coordination of training / train the trainer model for processes, tools, and roles .

Collaborate with Maintenance and Planning teams, and Business Management support teams, to collect, validate, and prioritize future Facilities and User projects for Capital/NRAB and Indirect AOP/LRSP inputs and reviews.

Coordinate with Business Management on Capital and Indirect reviews and annual project budget distributions.

Participate in and support technical design reviews and/or facilitate A/E vendor support of design reviews to ensure long term maintainability and common equipment recommendations.

Coordinate and hold accountable outside vendors hired for Facilities maintenance support including drafting and reviewing Scope of Work documents, establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), establish vendor POs and approve invoices, and serves as Facilities POC.

Strong leader capable of pulling together effective meetings with peers and stakeholders to collect feedback, assess gaps, and define best practices.

Ability to synthesize information and make recommendations on adjustments where necessary/valuable is a critical skill for this role.

Excellent communication skills required.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of Facilities experience OR a Master's Degree with 5 years of Facilities experience

Familiarity with accounting and budget practices

Familiarity briefing senior level management and executive leadership

Experience managing teams and achieving organization objectives, goals and metrics

Experience working in a mission critical facility environment

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Strong Microsoft 365 Office Suite skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in key position or leadership role in a Facilities Maintenance Organization

Master's Degree in Business Management

Experience using computerized maintenance management system

Experience using Maximo

Salary Range: $101,500.00 - $152,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
