How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team to ensure operational excellence
- Manage and optimize the annual maintenance budget
- Collaborate with Engineering to enhance production line reliability
- Define and implement maintenance policies and lifecycle procedures
- Drive improvement projects to reduce downtime and boost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Support staffing, training, and development initiatives
- Champion a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
- 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional weekends
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with ERP and workforce systems (e.g., SAP, Kronos)
