Job Description:
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems has an opening for an Associate Project Management Analyst to support our AAQ-24 program in Warner Robins, GA. This position will be responsible for the program's serviceable asset selloff and customer invoicing. The successful candidate will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure deliveries are made on time.
Responsibilities:
Submit repair invoices using SAP and WAWF
Provide status updates to customers using systems such as CAVAF and CAVRP
Coordinate and track shipping of serviceable assets to customers
Track assets through the repair lifecycle
Monitor established delivery schedules and provide status up
Provide support for both internal and external audits
Use root cause analysis to identify problems and formulate potential solutions
Act as the Program Office's central point of contact with DCMA
Basic Qualifications:
Must have High School Diploma/GED and 4 years experience in Project Management; Will consider an Associates Degree in related field and 2 years experience in Project Management; or a Bachelors or Masters degree in related field;
Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance
Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
1-2 years experience in Project Management
SAP experience
Experience with government property systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail an accuracy

Salary Range: $52,800.00 - $79,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
