Who we are looking for

This role is the perfect position for an enthusiastic marketeer with a holistic Brand background who shares our passion for sport.

Working in CEMEA as an agile resource in the Brand team, the candidate will primarily work on the Football business on the road to WC26, with additional responsibilities to drive the Basketball and Jordan CFOPs stories in the region. (Consumer x Fields of Play)

The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge and passion for one or more of these key field of play. The remit is broad and rewarding. Not only will the successful candidate work closely with their manager to build the regional strategic approach for these CFOPs, they will also be rolling up their sleeves and have a hands-on approach to bring priority stories to life on the ground, with impactful executions in our key cities.

What you will work on

Orchestrate end-to-end seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with Brand and Business priorities, encouraging efficiency and alignment across teams.

Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external partners, including agencies, marketplace partners, and vendors.

Generate and refine ideas that elevate Nike's brand presence, catering to CxFOP consumers' passion for sport, style, and self-expression.

Serve as a primary liaison for key functions, working across the integrated marketing team specific to your role and field.

Join seasonal initiatives for your function and/or CxFOP, collaborating with critical team members.

Contribute to the CODE gate management, including marketplace mapping, CMI, SKO, QBR, and recaps.

Drive cross-functional partnerships with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Coordinated Marketing teams to ensure executional excellence.

Who you will work with

The role involves collaborating with a team of EMEA Brand management directors, Lead Professionals, and Professionals. Working in tandem with the Consumer x FOP Marketing team, the focus will be on amplifying the Nike Brand and fostering lasting consumer connections within Nike-owned and multi-brand ecosystems across the CEMEA region.

This position requires extensive collaboration with key partners across various departments and functions, including: Digital Marketing, Brand Creative, Product Merchandising, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, Planning, NDDC, MPU / Wholesale Partners, City Marketing, Global Brand Marketing, Insights, External Partners and the MPU Partner Team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging these teams with varied strengths and driving cohesive brand strategies throughout the CEMEA region.

What you bring

AGILE: You have experience working across multiple teams and priorities with an ability to redirect energy and focus based on brand and business priorities. Planning; execution & detail focused.

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT: you can show experience in supporting teams in achieving end to end success in campaign management. This includes: chasing the details; ordering product; delivering on timings. It's marketing project management and you will be an integral part to the campaign direction steering. It's not always the fun stuff, but it's critical to our campaign success.
