Job Accountabilities:
Work with cross functional team to build product assortments plan that align with brand vision, market trends, and commercial objectives. Build store specific assortment plans for GC prioritized top doors, optimizing product mix, pricing, and inventory across CFOPs to maximize sales, margin, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Store level RSU driven assortment plans cross CFOP based on seasonal product strategy, Store profile, and growth expectations.
- Partner with cross functional team to ensure seasonal buy plan meeting merchandise financial plan; reflecting merchandise strategy; supporting seasonal marketing stories
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify assortment opportunities and risks.
- Plan cross season assortment/inventory flow (new launches, replenishment, exit strategies) to minimize markdowns and maximize full-price sell-through.
- Develop and standardize store level assortment planning tools, frameworks, and reporting metrics.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, finance or Data Analytics.
- 5+ years in merchandising, assortment planning, retail planning
- Experience in multi-channel retail (e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, wholesale).
- Strong business/ retail industry acumen (weeks of supply, sell-through analysis).
- Strong cross functional alignment and influencing skills
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Excel and PPT)
