WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for a collaborative, creative and consumer-focused retail marketer who can connect with the Nike consumer and drive Brand affinity and business results. Our ideal candidate is solution oriented, has a passion for retail, sport and the culture of sport, and dedication to understanding what makes our consumer connect with our brand. Retail marketing is a dynamic, fast-paced and ever-evolving world- so an ability to be nimble, well organized, collaborative, and sweat the details is key. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As a specialist, you will play a critical role in planning and executing against Nike seasonal initiatives, sport moments, and foundational retail excellence. You will assist in the development and communication of retail marketing plans, briefs and project tracking as well as tools needed to execute across the marketplace and achieve scale. This role is also key support for seasonal product ordering, event logistics, and overall project/agency coordination with planning & operations partners. This role is located at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon and is not remote eligible.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
If this is you, you will report directly into the Retail Marketing Director. The Retail marketing specialist position as part of the Marketing team works closely with many cross functional teams. These include, but are not limited to Visual Merchandising, Brand Management, Digital Platform teams, Digital Brand teams, Store Business partners, Sports Marketing partners, Merchants, Product teams, Frontline Store Teams, and external agency partners.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- 2+ years of marketing or retail experience, preferably within Small-Large Fleet or vertical retail environments
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, reporting, and data analysis
- Passion for marketing, storytelling, and collaboration
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to problem-solve, pivot quickly, and drive team success
- Passion for the Athlete, Sport, Culture, and delivering results with humility and humor
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
