Principal Solution Architect - NIKE Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Align strategic objectives with tactical demands and deliver technical solution approaches that clearly describe the different views of an architecture required for implementation. Engage, collaborate and partner with various functional leaders, technical leaders and executive partners to understand long and short term business and technology strategies. Provide thought leadership and engage in proactive planning of an executable technology roadmap. Develop solution options, recommendations, designs based on the Financial Planning and Performance Management platform and it's roadmaps, requirements, enterprise security standards and reference architectures. Drive and facilitate the right discussions that identify business solutions in relation to current and future technology landscape. Create and maintain solution and technology inventories. Work closely with architects and engineering to deliver solution architecture artifacts. Ensure architecture alignment across domains and enabling functions (verticals and horizontals). Work closely with Foundational Architecture and Enterprise PaaS teams to drive prioritization of needed capabilities. Advocate and drive adoption of "standard methodologies" to ensure standardization of solution architecture outputs across the enterprise. Alignment with corporate strategies through strong business and technical thought leadership. Lead priorities and timelines with little need for customer concern. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics Engineering and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation. Experience must include:

  • AP Cash Positioning dashboards for Treasury


  • Data and Analytics


  • Master data governance using SAP MDG


  • Data Engineering using Airflow Platform


  • Corporate Balance Sheet and P&L Reporting


  • Architecting on Cloud Platform


  • Revenue Accounting


  • Segment Reporting (CFIN module of SAP)


  • Allocations, Plan, Budget & Forecast projection using SAP PaPM and Anaplan


  • Data warehousing on cloud platform


  • Profitability Analytics


  • Consolidation of Financial Statements using SAP BPC


  • Predictive and Descriptive BI Analytics using Tableau
